So in 2018 we accidentally bought a farm while living and working for a year in Timor-Leste. Accidental in the sense that we took a long weekend trip back to Aus to one of our favourite regions and decided to look at some farms on a whim. When standing outside under the giant jacaranda, poinciana, black bean, silky oak and pine trees we were hooked. It made it easy to ignore all the work need for the old farm farmhouse, broken fences, lantana and camphor laurels and termite eaten shed... suffice to say, the rest is history.
Hi! Zoe, Trafford and Banjo here.
Who are we? Well Zoe is an ex-banker who likes food, wine, business, nature, adventures, cows and farms. Trafford, our farms' resident surgeon (might come in handy), likes a good whiskey, the outdoors, knives, and getting his hands dirty on the farm... and finally Banjo our farm dog. He is still a puppy so his hobbies are so far being super cute, biting and has recently taken a serious interest in the agility training park and puppy school.
Even though there is heaps to do, we have some really exciting plans for Fehlbergs Farm. Follow along to see what we get up to, who we meet and what we learn (a lot I would say).
